Chris A. Hymore, MAI is the Senior Business Manager for Analytics & Innovation at American AgCredit, where he leads initiatives focused on appraisal modernization, artificial intelligence, data science, and workflow automation. He specializes in applying emerging technologies to real estate valuation, including AI-assisted appraisal tools, automated valuation models (AVMs), and enterprise-scale analytics solutions.

A Certified General Appraiser and holding the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, Chris has extensive experience in agricultural, commercial, and rural property valuation. He is a frequent instructor and speaker on appraisal technology, AI, and modernization, helping appraisers adopt innovative tools while maintaining professional judgment, regulatory compliance, and high-quality valuation standards.
