Members of CAREA need only attend all bi-monthly membership meeting as well as the required USPAP updates to meet state Continuing Education requirements.  The CAREA board members take pride in keeping members informed.  Presentations include such topics as Economic and Industry Updates, Report Writing Seminars, USPAP, DORA and UAD Updates. 

Quarterly general meetings are usually held on the third Wednesday of the month, but do vary. Our meetings start at 4:00 pm with networking and a meal. The official presentation begins at 5:00 with an industry update and official presentation.  Prior to the presentation members are encouraged to chat, network and share best-practices. 

The Colorado Association of Real Estate Appraisers is a proud sponsor of the Colorado Coalition of Appraisers.  The CCA is involved in providing a voice for appraisers in Colorado when it comes to legal and legislative issues.
