The shift in the market due to interest rates, appraisal modernization and a slowing market have brought significant changes in the appraisal industry. This course will look at what is happening in the appraisal industry from client and intended user changes to changes in appraiser requirements. Highlighted topics include Value Acceptance from FNMA, new photo requirements for FNMA, the ROV processes being implemented, criteria changes proposed by the AQB, and what to analyze as the real estate market shifts.
