A Workshop for Appraisers
This continuing education offering is intended for intermediate to experienced appraisers who wish to revisit fundamental concepts and applications of appraisal principles.
The course consists of four one-hour modules. Each module provides a short lecture/class discussion and problems and case studies to be solved in class either in small groups or individually. Ample time is allowed in each module to present and discuss the suggested solutions to each problem to assist those who may need additional review opportunities.
Materials to be provided to each attendee include the course workbook and suggested solutions. Thecourse is presented with Power Point slides, copies of which are provided in the workbook.
