JoAnn Apostol has been a Certified Residential Appraiser in Colorado since 2002, specializing in mountain properties west of Denver and complex residential assignments throughout the Denver Metropolitan Area. She brings extensive expertise in appraisal education, having taught for a national appraisal education program for 17 years. Her roles included both authoring and teaching qualifying education, continuing education, USPAP instruction, and serving as the program’s national appraisal instructor. JoAnn is an AQB-Certified USPAP Instructor, a Certified Distance Educator through IDECC, and holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics with an emphasis in education and a minor in special education. She continues to appraise, teach, and consult on appraisal topics.
